Payments

Payments are due on the 1st of the month and on the day of renting, there is a deposit fee unless it is our Secured Units. Cash or checks are accepted that can be mailed to our P.O. Box or paid directly at our office during our set office hours. They are due on the 1st of every month with a 4 day grace period. If payments are not made by the 5th before 3:30pm, a late fee of $10.00 is charged and on the 6th, a $1.00 fee is charged every day until your account is brought current. When mailing late payments, always take in account how long it will take to reach us by adding $1.00 a day.

We work with our customers on their personal needs when they are needing to add a unit to their account, upgrade to a larger size or downgrade to a smaller size unit. Their accounts will be adjusted accordingly to any changes they make to their accounts with Viking Storage.
